Drury Residence

At Pyramid Engineering Consultants (PENGCO), we delivered the structural design for the Drury Residence, a luxury home located atop Drury Hills. Spanning over four split levels with more than 1000 square meters of floor area, plus an additional 300+ square meters of deck and balcony spaces, the residence also includes a basement garage for over six cars, a swimming pool, pool house, and a minor dwelling.

Our structural solutions were tailored to the challenging hillside location, ensuring stability and integrity across all levels. The reinforced internal courtyard offers a serene space for gatherings, while the expansive decks, engineered to maximize panoramic city views, are structurally supported to maintain both aesthetic and functional resilience. Every aspect, from the garage to the pool house, was meticulously designed to align with the highest standards of safety and durability.
